Nexus is a web analytics platform that provides website traffic stats, event data, visitor insights, and campaign performance metrics. Connect Nexus to Improvado to pull your analytics data into your reporting pipelines.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have a LightTrail API key. To create one, open your LightTrail platform, navigate to Settings, then Users. Select your user, open the API key tab, and click Create API key.

Make sure the key has these scopes enabled: ```read:analytics``` and ```read:websites```.

{%docs-informer info%} API keys are read-only and scoped to a single website. If you need data from multiple websites, create a separate API key for each.{%docs-informer-end%}
