Description

CreativeX allows clients to seamlessly export and integrate data into their data lakes, facilitating automated querying of CreativeX data for internal reporting alongside organizational KPIs and other metrics.

The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from CreativeX.

Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect CreativeX to Improvado.

Step 1. Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page. Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

Step 2. Click on the CreativeX tile.

Step 3. Authorize your CreativeX account using your Account Name and Access Token.

Note: You'll need to request your specific access token from the CreativeX team. This is your unique token which will allow you to access your data in the CreativeX dashboard. Please see more details in the CreativeX Guide.

The CreativeX API doesn’t have an endpoint for directly retrieving account information. Please manually input your Account Name, by copying it from the CreativeX UI or choosing any arbitrary values.

Step 4. After completing the connection process, the CreativeX connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

Step 5. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
