Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Botify to Improvado.

1‍Step 1. Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

2‍Step 2. Click on the Botify tile.

3To authorize your account, you need to fill in the required fields below following steps 3.1 - 3.4:

• Project
• Organization
• API Token

3.1Get your API Token.

1. 1Open your Profile page: (which will redirect you to https://app.botify.com/&lt;<strong>username</strong>&gt;/account (where <username> is your actual username).
2. 2Scroll down to the Tokens panel and copy your API Token.

3.2Find your Organization name.

3. 3Find your username in the upper right-hand corner.
4. 4Open the drop-down menu.
5. 5Click See All Organizations.
6. 6You will see a list of organizations.
7. 7Copy the required organization name.

3.3Get your Project name.

8. 8Click on the project.
9. 9Check the following URL in the browser's address bar: https://api.botify.com/v1/projects/&lt;<strong>project</strong>&gt;.
10. 10Use <project> as your Project name.

3.4Enter copied values into the Improvado authorization form.

4After completing the connection process, the Botify connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

5‍Step 5. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

6To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
