New API integrations

New month, new integrations!
Today we have a new Placed provider with 2 report types:

Campaign
Campaign Total

API changes

Criteo

Since May 24th, 2021 Criteo deprecated the previously functional MAPI service, which may cause inconsistencies in the Criteo data extraction process. Learn more in the Improvado documentation.
