Description

Sprinklr is an enterprise customer experience management (CXM) platform that centralizes social media, customer care, and marketing analytics so teams can manage engagement, publishing, and reporting across multiple channels in one system.

Setup guide

Prepare Sprinklr prerequisites (one-time)

You will need two things from Sprinklr:

  1. Create your own OAuth Application within the Sprinklr developer environment to obtain the required credentials.
  2. Your specific Environment Parameter.

1.1. Environment (ENV)

  • Identify the Sprinklr environment where your tenant is hosted (for example: ```prod0```, ```prod2```, ```prod11```, ```prod21```).
  • You can find the instructions to extract the Environment from Sprinklr’s UI here or reach out to your Sprinklr Admin or Customer Success Manager.

1.2. OAuth application credentials (Client ID / Client Secret)

  • Please follow the steps in Sprinklr’s documentation.
  • Use the Callback/Redirect URL - ```https://connections.improvado.io/stat_provider_client/oauth_redirect/sprinklr/``` when registering the application.
  • Create an OAuth application in Sprinklr’s developer environment and save:
    • Client ID (API Key)
    • Client Secret (API Secret)

1.3. Ensure required user permissions in Sprinklr

The Sprinklr user who completes authorization must have:

  • Generate Token
  • Generate Widget API Payload

See Sprinklr’s documentation for details on how to manage roles in Sprinklr.
