Setup guide
Follow our setup guide to connect ShipHero to Improvado.
Click the Make a new connection button on the Connections page and select ShipHero in the Data sources catalog.
Please, provide us with the Refresh Token.
You can do this by going to https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/users and clicking on the +Add Third-Party Developer button. You can input your First Name, Last Name, and Email at your own discretion.
After adding the developer, you should be able to see the Access Token and the Refresh Token. Refresh token should be provided on this page.

After completing the connection process, the ShipHero connection will appear in your Connected sources list.
When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
