Qualtrics is a platform that provides a comprehensive suite of software solutions for experience management, including customer experience, employee experience, product experience, and brand experience.
The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from Qualtrics.
Follow our setup guide to connect Qualtrics to Improvado.
Step 1. Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page. Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.
Step 2. Click on the Qualtrics tile.
Step 3. Authorize your Qualtrics account using the Client ID, Client Secret, Authentication scope and Data Center ID fields.
Note: You can learn how to get your Client ID and Client Secret in the official guide by using Client Credentials as Grant type. How to find your Data Center ID, if your ID is not present in dropdown list, please contact your Qualtrics Manager to find corresponding ID from the list.
Step 4. Grant Improvado your permission to:
The same scopes must be inputted in Improvado Authentication page.
Step 5. After completing the connection process, the Qualtrics connection will appear in your Connected sources list.
Step 6. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
Step 7. To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
