Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Qualtrics to Improvado.

Step 1. Click the Data Sources in the left navigation bar. Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

Step 2. Click on the Qualtrics tile.

Step 3. Authorize your Qualtrics account using the Client ID, Client Secret, Authentication scope and Data Center ID fields.

How to find your Data Center ID, if your ID is not present in dropdown list, please contact your Qualtrics Manager to find corresponding ID from the list. {%docs-informer-end%}

Step 4. Grant Improvado your permission to:

Scope Comment
read:users Get information about user, who issued Client ID and Client Secret
read:surveys Get information about surveys
read:distributions Get information about distributions

Step 5. After completing the connection process, the Qualtrics connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

Step 6. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

Step 7. To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
