Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Moloco Cloud to Improvado.

1Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.

2Click on the Moloco Cloud tile.

3Authorize your Moloco Cloud account using Email, API Key and Workplace ID.

Generate the API key in the Moloco Ads Portal. Moloco Cloud does not accept an account password here: Improvado exchanges the key for a short-lived access token each time it runs, and the key itself stays valid until you revoke it in Moloco.

Note: Moloco calls this identifier the Workplace ID. Read it out of your Moloco Cloud Platform URL — it is the segment after /v2/p/, as in https://portal.moloco.cloud/v2/p/{workplace_id}/.

4After completing the connection process, the Moloco Cloud connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

5When the connection status is Active and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

6To extract data from the connected sources, check the instruction on how to set up data extraction.
