Description

Five9 is a cloud-based contact center software that provides APIs for integrating telephony, agent management, and customer interaction data into other business applications.

Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Five9 to Improvado.

Step 1. Click the Make a new connection button on the Connections page and select Five9 in the Data sources catalog.

Step 2. The administrator user must have the VCC Administrator role. Be sure to set the appropriate permissions for each administrator.

Step 3. Authorize your Five9 account using your Username and Password of an administrator user with the VCC Administrator role.

Step 4. After completing the connection process, the Five9 connection will appear in your Connected sources list.

Step 5. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.

Step 6. To extract data from the connected sources, check the instructions on how to set up data extraction.
