Amazon Advertising is an advertising platform that helps advertisers find, bid, and optimize ad campaigns across Amazon and on the web.

The schema information shows all report types you can use to extract data from Amazon Advertising.

Setup guide

Follow our setup guide to connect Amazon Advertising to Improvado.

  1. Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page.
    Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.
  2. Click on the Amazon Advertising tile.
  1. Authorize your Amazon account via OAuth. Before authorization, please, make sure that you are signed in to the account you want to extract data from.
  1. Grant Improvado your permission to:
Permission Description
Your basic profile information. Your username & email
Advertising your product, book, app, or website with Amazon The ability to modify your advertising campaigns
Access to performance data related to advertising on Amazon
  1. After the connection process is completed successfully, the Amazon Advertising connection will appear in your Connected sources list.
  2. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
  1. To extract data from the connected sources, check the instruction on how to set up data extraction.
