Setup guide
Follow our setup guide to connect Adition to Improvado.
Step 1. Click the Make a new Connection on the Connections page.
Categories on the Data sources page group all available platforms. Use a search to find the required one.
Step 2. Click on the Adition tile.

To authorize your account, you need to fill in the required fields below following steps 3.1 - 3.3:
- Report ID
- Report name
- FTP Login
- FTP Password
Create an FTP User with FTP Login & FTP Password for your agency at the Improvado FTP server.
Step 3.2. Drop files to FTP by following the rules below:
There should be a ZIP file with the following requirements:
- ZIP file name:
report_{report_id}_YYYYMMDD.zip - ZIP file should contain a CSV file:
- CSV file should have the following name:
report_data_{report_id}.csv(delimiter:;) - The file structure of the CSV file should be equal to the following:

Enter the following values into the Improvado authorization form:
- Report ID - the same as
{report_id}in the ZIP and CSV files. - Report Name - arbitrary name for this connection.
- FTP Login & Password - your credentials for the Improvado FTP server.

After completing the connection process, the Adition connection will appear in your Connected sources list.
Step 5. When the connection status is Active, and the account status column shows a number of accounts, you can move on to data extraction.
