How to separate data with Workspaces

Workspaces allow for access management and control within a single Improvado instance. This is especially helpful if you want to separate data by specific Products or Client accounts, ensuring a structured and simplified experience.

How to set up granular data flow

Let’s check out the example below to learn how workspaces can be useful for you  to efficiently organize and manage your data:

  1. Create a workspace dedicated to each client/product, etc.
  2. Connect a necessary Data source using the corresponding account/credentials.
  3. Set up data extract for your connection to have separate Data tables in each workspace.
  4. Set up load to your Destination to receive data that is separated for each Product/Client in the same Destination but in different tables.
