Schedule Emails with Agent

Updated on

Nov 22, 2024

The email feature in our AI Agent allows users to automate the process of receiving data and reports via email. This helps you send and schedule emails, and build data pipelines directly in your notebook using Natural Language.

How to use it

Step 1. Preparing the data you want to send / receive

Start by defining the data you want to receive. Create a new cell with a command to the AI Agent requesting the data you need.

For example, if you want reports on the results of a Google campaign, type the following command: Show spend, CPC, and CPM by campaigns. Show top 10.

Step 2. Sending an Email

Once you have the data, you can send it via email. Create a new one with a simple command to send the email: Send this data to [email].

When you run this command, a test email will be sent immediately to show you how the data looks.

Step 3. Scheduling the Notebook

After sending the test email, you can set up a schedule to receive these reports regularly. Create a new cell with a command with scheduling conditions: Schedule this to run every [day / week / month].

For example: Schedule this notebook to run every Monday.

{%docs-informer warning title="Important" %} Please notice that you schedule not emails, but the whole notebook. It means that the data that you receive by schedule will be fresh because the first cell will be updated as well. {%docs-informer-end%}
