About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT & InfoSec team as a Junior Specialist. This role will focus on Corporate SaaS Management & Support, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and User Support. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the security and efficiency of our IT systems and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate SaaS Management & Support:

• Assist in managing and supporting the company’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.

• Monitor the usage and performance of various SaaS platforms, ensuring compliance with security policies.

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and optimize the performance of SaaS tools.

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all SaaS applications in use and ensure proper licensing.

2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

• Support the IT team in onboarding new employees, including setting up accounts, providing access to necessary systems, and configuring devices.

• Ensure the timely and secure offboarding of employees, including deactivating accounts and recovering company assets.

• Create and update documentation related to the onboarding and offboarding processes.

3. Identity & Access Management (IAM):

• Assist in managing user accounts and access rights across various systems and applications.

• Participate in the regular review and auditing of access rights to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.

4. User Support:

• Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents in a timely manner.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for frequently encountered issues and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

2. Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.

• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and their management.

3. Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

4. Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in an IT support or security-related role.

• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.

• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.

• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).

• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
