Our seven key principles

At Improvado, our best work follows seven key principles

1
Be result-oriented

We focus on outcomes, not routines and clearly define expectations, even when confronted with obstacles.

2
Be disciplined

We clear our minds and clean our inbox. We only meet when there's agenda, work in sprints, and are on time.

3
Be open

We are people, not job titles. We are friendly and supportive of each other, and we encourage an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and safe.

4
Be aware

We listen deeply and react positively to maintain respectful communications. We accept mistakes and celebrate wins and achievements.

5
Be data-drive

We start and finish every process with analytics and data. We formulate hypotheses, prioritize, launch experiments, track progress, and validate wins.

6
Be contextual

We write down our thoughts, plans, and tasks to keep our minds clear. More importantly, we write things down in context to quickly re-connect with ideas.

7
Be pyramidal

We organize context following the Minto Pyramid principle. Start with a key idea at the top and continuously extend it with each new layer.
