About role

The Director of Professional Services is critical in leading our team to design, develop, and implement sophisticated SaaS solutions, with a strong emphasis on data engineering and advanced analytics. This position demands a robust technical foundation and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable, client-centered strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically drive the development and execution of high-quality, data-centric professional services.  
  • Lead initiatives on advanced data modeling, marketing analytics, and attribution to align with client objectives.  
  • Mentor and manage a team of data professionals, promoting continuous skill enhancement.  
  • Oversee the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their analytics needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in leadership roles within the SaaS industry, specifically managing teams specializing in professional services/consulting focusing on data analytics and engineering.  
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (or another programming language)
  • Solid experience in data modeling and BI tools (Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).  
  • Understanding of and experience with cloud data platforms (Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS).  
  • Hands-on experience with Attribution, MMM, and Incrementality models.
  • Proficient with ETL tools and processes, preferably Airflow, to support robust data workflows.  
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo,  Pardot, Salesforce, Hubspot, Netsuite).  
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving team performance and fostering client relationships.  
  • Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.  
  • A track record of innovating in technical project delivery and strategy implementation.
