Improvado Sales Engineers are responsible for assisting Account Executives with technical scoping for enterprise solutions during the sales process. Once the customer comes on board, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for working with both the Customer Success team and engineering team to execute on deliverables.

Sales Engineers are expected to attend meetings with the Account Executives and help out during a very consultative and technical sales process. Be prepared to learn our platform inside and out as well as help come up with creative solutions for how Improvado can solve a customers needs. This is an extremely fast paced environment in which you will be working with our Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering team.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • High ethical standards and values consistent with ours- hard work, integrity & team player.
  • Experience as a client facing Sales Engineer and be comfortable with a hybrid sales environment - primarily over the phone/web, but prepared to travel for onsite meetings.
  • Superior communications skills across multiple departments

  • An understanding of digital advertising and the ad-tech space
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Some experience with a startup is preferred
  • Strong listening skills
