This is a new and exciting role in an extremely fast paced environment. The Improvado Partnerships Director is responsible for identifying, structuring, and operationalizing partnerships with companies operating in the AdTech/Martech and ETL/Reporting segments. These partnerships will both drive direct revenue from partners, and/or establish an indirect channel that will benefit our efforts selling to agencies and marketers. The Partnerships Director manages a $1M+ dollar pipeline, develops a target account strategy, formulates and project manages partner product integrations, and educates and facilitates joint collaborative go-to-market plans with partners.
Partnership Directors are expected to manage a portfolio of 15-20 partners with a consultative and technical sales process. Be prepared to uncover business pains, articulate ROI and deliver customized product demonstrations to help partner prospects and sales and marketing teams to understand the importance of embracing the digital evolution in advertisement marketing.
You need to:
+ Have high ethical standards and values consistent with ours- hard work, integrity & team player.
+ Evidence that you have consistently been a Top Producer / Seller, and/or accomplished Business Development professional
+ Demonstrate a strategic mindset that allows you to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities
+ Have experience in structuring / closing a wide scope of deal sizes
+ Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with C-Level executives.
+ Consultative-selling style and Solution-Selling training strongly preferred
+ Demonstrate a history of working cross functionally with sales, marketing, product, and executive teams
+ Proactively generate new partnership pipeline opportunities
+ Leverage your creativity, intellect and attitude, in order to win new business.
