We are looking for a Client Success Manager who is a pro-active problem solver and lightning speed learner. We'll be counting on you to provide our clients with world class customer service. We are looking for a high energy hustler who knows what it takes to keep our customers happy and our churn low.
Key responsibilities include:
* Customers are your #1 priority, and you’ll do whatever it takes to support them.
* Learning our product inside and out to be able to solve simple questions quickly
* You will be working directly with our clients to solve any tech issues that arise in a timely manner
* You'll help the sales team onboard new clients and field any questions during the on-boarding process.
* You will track all tasks meticulously to make sure they are completed with in a reasonable time period.
* You'll work closely with our sales team and account managers to resolve issues as they arise.
* You'll also work closely with our development team to make sure all tasks are pacing for a timely delivery.
* Proven success in creating exceptional and impactful customer service experiences
* You are friendly, professional, and know how to take care of customers
* Background with support of a tech product, ideally in the martech/ adtech space
* Highly organized when it comes to task tracking across multiple clients
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Bonus points if you are a SQL or Tableau(or any other BI) wizard
You will be reporting directly to Chief Customer Officer.
