We have global offices across SF, NYC, and Moscow.

We are building our east-coast office and are looking for NYC’s finest to join us. We are a start-up so if you can roll-up your sleeves and be super hands-on yet still have the strategic chops to partner everyday with our VP of Revenue, then let’s make it happen! Details are below.

Job Responsibilities

  • Building your pipeline: You will become an expert on how Improvado and marketing technology can revolutionize your chosen vertical and will evangelize this to build a pipeline of deals.
  • Closing inbound deals with CMOs and CTOs located across the east coast
  • 20% travel to be expected.
  • Thought partner around improving sales efficiency and sales strategy (eg, we sell to thousands of marketers, how can we improve our pitch and supporting sales processes for each?)
  • Manage complicated partnership negotiations and create new partnership models.


Looking for ‘scrappy mutants’ (that's what we call ourselves!) who enjoy sales (ranging from cold outreach to closing large in-person executive deals), can contribute to high-level strategy, are structured thinkers (to help us operationalize and scale), and are familiar with marketing or business analytics.

Some resume indicators:

  • 3-7 years of business development, sales, digital marketing, and/or analytics
  • Experience in the marketing or ETL/database industries
  • Strong academic performance and/or noteworthy analytical experience
  • Bonus points for database proficiency
